RETURN POLICY
Wuuds Coffee Company is committed to consistently providing a quality product and exceptional customer service. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please read our policies below and contact us to discuss within 48 hours of receipt.
Opened perishable items (coffee) cannot be returned for a refund.
If you receive and product that is damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us immediately so that we can correct. Please include a photo of the damaged item.
If you purchased a Wuuds product through a retailer, please contact the retailer for their return policy.
Merchandise must be unused-unworn and returned within 14 days of receiving. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Only merchandise is exchangeable and must be exchanged in new condition, within 14 days of receipt.
