Will the coffee in my subscription always be the same?
Coffee is a seasonal crop, harvested at different times in different regions of the world. On occasion, we may not have a specific single-origin coffee available.
If your coffee subscription includes a coffee that is soon to be unavailable, we will let you know before your next subscription order posts. You will be able to select a replacement coffee, or pause your subscription until your preferred roast is available again.
If we do not hear back before your next subscription order posts, we will send you a roaster's choice coffee that is on hand, that closely matches the taste notes in your original subscription order.
